High court to rule on religious liberty. The business penalty - TopicsExpress

High court to rule on religious liberty. The business penalty for not providing insurance is $2000 per yearvoer employee which might possibly be a savings for a company. The buisness penalty for providing excellent insurance without the morning after pill,$100 per day per employee or $36,500 per year per employee. Hobby Lobby is one of the few retail companies that really takes care of their employees whether being closed on Sundays or providing healthcare. They do unto others as they would like it be done to them. However there is a moral dilemma with tge new law. This law litterally throws the babby out with the bath water It doesnt matter if the plan would be a Obamacare tripple platnum plan that has a network that covers all doctors in the Northern Hemisphere. If it doesnt include the morning after pill it is $36,500 in fines per employee per year. With the reletively low cost or penalties for not providing insurance altogether, the incentive is for companies to drop coverage even without this moral dilemma. If the corurt rules against Hobby Lobby then the separation kf Church and state is truly lost as Secular Humanism is the state Church and life is the value the courts dictate. Hobby Lobby will then have a moral conundrum: take care of their employees by providing coverage in accordance to the law or drop coverage. I doubt they can afford to provide coverage outside of the mandate. Pray that the court rules in favour of religious liberty.
