Highlights from the weekend blotter: Friday night a man in the town of Rubicon a man reported four pit bulls running loose. The owner was warned for dogs at large. Saturday morning an anonymous caller in the town of Beaver Dam reported a pickup truck parked at the end of a road that might have two teenagers in it. The truck was gone upon police arrival. Saturday morning a girl called to report that her dad’s friend followed her and her dad home. The friend was very intoxicated and refused to leave. He fled on foot before police arrived. Saturday morning a man and woman in the town of Oak Grove had an argument in the middle of the street over the woman writing the man a check. The two were separated for the night. Sunday morning a man in the town of Oak Grove reported seeing a man standing between his porch and the roadway. When he approached the man he could see that the suspect had a gun in his waistband. The suspect said he was looking for Hillcrest Drive and was gone when deputies checked the area. Saturday morning a man in the town of Shields reported that his truck was vandalized overnight. Saturday morning a woman reported repeatedly seeing a vehicle that she believes belongs to someone stalking her. Saturday morning a man in the town of Beaver Dam reported that he left his keys in the passenger seat of his vehicle the night before. That morning he found the keys in the ignition and the wires were cut. Saturday afternoon a man in the town of Chester reported that his freedom of speech sign had been burned. Saturday afternoon a man in the town of Theresa was cited for loose cattle. The man had also had cattle loose earlier in the week. Saturday evening a man in the town of Elba reported that a neighbor cut part of his grass and is not allowed on the property. Police advised that it was a civil issue. Saturday night a man in the town of Beaver Dam reported that his neighbor’s shed was entered and items were damaged. Saturday night cattle were found to be loose on County Trunk BB in the town of Portland. Saturday night cigarettes were reported stolen from the BP station on Madison Street in the town of Beaver Dam. Saturday night a woman in the town of Westford reported her mailbox was stolen. Sunday morning police received an anonymous tip of an underage drinking party in the town of Herman. Upon police arrival, approximately 25 people ran into the cornfield. Numerous open intoxicants were found in vehicles around a bonfire. Sunday morning county deputies assisted Beaver Dam police with a fight outside of Game On Sports Bar.
