Highly Required For Osman Group (Osman Ahmed Osman) Position: Sales Export Specialist Gender : Any Experience: 3 - 5 Years Job Type Full Time Job Code (EXP-OIC-SN) Description: * Basic Function: - Provides supporting promotional activities in the field of Sales Export for Osman Industrial Complex products which includes (Gypsum boards, U.P.V.C pipes and other plastic products.)- * Job description: 1- Initiate and increase sales in foreign markets. This is accomplished by establishing and developing relationships with potential sales outlets and distribution centers in various countries. 2- Identify qualitative & Quantitative various markets opportunities for growth of existing or launched products 3- Follow up of customer requirements to ensure consistently high standard of customer satisfaction 4- Follow up payments on due dates. 5- Follow up the production lines and arranging shipments on time. 6- Participating in international fairs, prepare all the necessary arrangements, before, during and after the exhibitions. 7- Arrange shipments and release invoices 8- Preparing Export reports and analysis. 9- Issue all kind of Export documents. Qualifications: * Languages : Must have an Excellent command in both written and spoken English. [French Language is highly preferred] * Computer Skills: Very good user of Microsoft Office * Key qualifications: - Successful track record in Sales Exporting for Construction or Building Materials [Highly preferred] - Experience and knowledge in the African & MENA market is a strong advantage. - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain and develop new client relationships. - Must be up-to-date on the procedures for delivering goods internationally. - Should have knowledge of world economy and customs documentations. - Be Strong self-starter with a record of success. - Must be able to work to tight deadlines and in a fast moving environment. - Must have strong oral and written communication skill - Excellent organizational, planning skills and able to communicate well and effectively Salary (L.E.)
