Highway 102 is down to one lane RCMP would like to advise that outbound traffic on Highway 102 will be down to one lane between Exit 4 C and the exit to Fall River. A short time ago, the entire back of a large dump truck broke away from the body of the vehicle. As a result a large load of gravel spilled onto the roadway along with some fluids. The highway will be down to one lane (passing) until further notice. Police are encouraging motorists to use caution and slow down. Emergency responders and other officials will be on scene until the highway has been cleaned up.
