Hiit-5- abs, arms, legs 1 min each, 4 rounds, 28min total 1) push-ups - modify on your knees 2) 3 Squat, knee up- alternate sides 3) triceps dips- use a chair or just sit on tailbone and rest on heels of feet, legs together, up & down weight on the tris 4) Oblique crunches- left side one round then right side the next 5) sit-ups 6) Plié squats with pull down and press up, keep core tight & squeeze buns at the top 7) 1 min rest if you need it
