Hiring Collection Associate (Korean Speaking)! Location: Bangsar South (Kerinchi LRT) *My client is a US-based MNC supplying specialty gas ie. helium & hydrogen. Working hour: Mon-Fri 7.30pm-4.30pm Salary : RM 2000 - RM 4000 + language allowance (RM 1800) POSITION SUMMARY : The incumbent based in Kuala Lumpur office and will report to the Collection Supervisor, providing support and backup in the areas of administering credit policies, advising commercial sales teams on trade receivable transactions, conduct collections calls, monitor accounts receivables and collection status for South Korea. The primary responsibilities include timeliness, completeness and accuracy of internal reporting of overdue balances; management of accounts receivables through close liaison with sales, customer service, billings, AR technician, etc team members as well as customers to ensure credit and collection procedures and policies are implemented to meet targets; send alert to analysts on any potential collection concerns, to ensure appropriate actions are taken to address any credit risk profile of customers. Requirements : Able to speak & write Korean fluently. Preference will be given to those with 1 year experience in collection but fresh diploma/degree graduates can be considered.
