I started a variation of a Master Cleanse on Thursday. Spring cleaning all that winter cooked food out of my insides. I felt worse before I felt better but wowzer, Im renewed! No coffee in days. Just lots of juiced cabbage, cilantro, pineapple and other fresh organic veggies and fruits: Lots of coconut water with lemon, lime, cayenne, turmeric and probiotics: chia kombucha: watermelon: essential oils: liquid mineral essence: ACV. I finally ate last night and am feeling like a new human! I needed that!
