This division has grown year on year with 115 units in 2012 and new brands for 2013 such as Katsuya and Café CoCo. The Responsibilities: As Cost Control Manager you will be accountable for achieving higher margins through effective analysis and auditing of cost control factors linked to food production and services across the brands. You will plan, develop and maintain plans for food checks, F&B stock items, purchasing records and production yields. In addition, lead, coach, develop a team within cost control and assist in establishing Annual budget. Skills and Experience: - 3 - 8 years industry management experience in a high end, high volume environment- Experience of people management- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience- Computer literate- Good written and oral English- Progressive experience of product or brand management with P&L responsibility- Excellent analytical skills M.H.
