Facilitate the Senior Management Forecasting and Inventory management meeting focusing on crossfunctional communication, direction setting, risk management, and conflict resolution. • Successfully and accurately control ERP system and processes, from forecast upload to generation of all inventory reporting. • Manage and resolve issues proficiently that impede planned strategic progress. • Prepare the annual purchase budget and plan, and ensure to obtain best accuracy level throughout the year. • Manage the settlement of financial transactions with Finance so as to establish smooth practice with suppliers. • Manage custom clearance operation, system, policies and procedures. • Ensure companys custom processes are in compliance with all local laws, regulations & practices. • Researching new suppliers & negotiating prices.
