Hiya I hope ok to post, Ive posted before about my long battle with neighbours in the next block having deliberately bribed away two of my neutered and chipped cats (even after being confronted). The one that does follow us home once in a blue moon (Butters) is getting really overweight, I assume with their attempts to keep him coming to them. Does anyone know if the RSPCA would investigate these women, as obesity in cats is as serious as neglect? Police didnt help as they visited the hags without me and listened to their lies, Chipping agencys can only have them on a data base as lost / stolen, and keeping them in wont help as when I finally let them out again it will happen all over again. Its these crazy women that need to change and maybe visit a cattery! So yeh just need advice from anyone connected with RSPCA :) thanks xx
