#Holdinghands update: Having a dream, and making it a reality are two different things. In 2010 I developed a few tools, focusing on how best to help people turn their dreams into reality. My strategy was seemingly wrong, so I shelved the dream. On April 3, a discussion thread started by Angella Mukidi pushed me into embarking on this journey. My task was to develop a manual. I couldnt develop a manual minus pretesting it. I am happy to let those who have been following the updates that 15 people jumped on board, and this number is now at 25 of people who want to see their lives change/improve. It is exciting. Those in the hands on phase have exciting things to share. One of them is a participant whose story I shared recently. She has surpassed her business daily target turn over of sh2M to hit 2.5M in less than three months. Another participant had not saved any penny in four years. He paid to participate in the sessions and through one of the exercises, he excitedly reported back as a couple, they had identified sh1.5M they are now able to save on a monthly basis. Sometimes we think things are tight, yet the answers are right with us. It is already obvious the results people are witnessing in this process are a direct reflection of how much effort they are putting in. In session one I make it clear: I am committed 100% to the process, while participants take 100% responsibility. Yes, participants have held my hand to. Finally the manual ensuring a structured process is nearly done. Herewith is the cover picture. There are no short cuts, if you have a dream, the only way of making it a reality is by making your hands dirty. What are you waiting for? Act NOW. If you are interested in this process, inbox me your email address and I will send you details. Holding each others hands all the way it is
