Holy Smokes. Arjuna just informed me that were gonna need 30 pounds of turkey breast for the wedding buffet. Gulp. Guess Id better make bigger cheese balls too. Dont ask me about the cake...I feel blocked (terrified) and havent started baking rounds yet. But we are going to BJs to pick up bulk flour, sugar and butter, today. Plus, Ellen sent home some zucchini. The wedding cake will be my grandmas zucchini cake recipe. Its a yummy, super moist spice cake, like carrot cake, except way better. With gallons of cream cheese frosting.
