Promotion Ideas Did you know you can link your social connections such as Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and more on your eCommerce store? Link to your personal pages or go all out and make Jewelry In Candles Rep or pages. Order a Rep Startup kit from the Rep Store. The BEST way to sell our products is to let people see, smell and try it. Show them jewelry you have found, or show them the review page on your eCommerce store. Let them smell your samples. We have spent a lot of time tweaking our scents to make them bold, long lasting, and vivid to the imagination. Discovering jewelry is a bonus! Post your store URL address in the information section of your page. Begin posting product images, links to products in your store, coupon codes and any other ideas you have. Be smart with your Giveaways and always use this technique to send traffic to your store by including links to you store with the giveaway. Have a clear Call to Action for everything that you do. Host a candle party: Hold your First Party with you being the Host or team up with another representative. Invite everyone you know! This will give you practice on doing a home party show and expose your new business & products to your family & friends. The more you practice & the more parties you do, the more comfortable you will be doing it plus the more money you will earn! NOTE: Currently we do not have written plans, strategy ideas or packages for candle parties, but we are working on them. If you have experience hosting a party, you are free to start whenever you would like. Hand out business cards: Your business cards have your store URL address and other contact info allowing people to purchase when they are ready, or resupply when they run out. Know what dates you are available for home parties. Become familiar with the products you are selling. Develop a script that allows you to explain to someone all about the candles and the concept behind the “surprise” in each candle! Attend local commerce & business events in your local community such as trade shows, flea markets and chamber of commerce events. You can setup a booth to sell and build up business contacts & business references by attending these events. You need to network with as many people as possible and get your business out there to be seen. Your business will not promote itself, its your job to promote & advertise your new business. Set aside time a few times a week to work on your business. Just like any job or business, you need to set a schedule for work related time. The more you work on your business the more it will grow & flourish. Draft up a plan and stick to it. Last, but not least….Attitude! Be excited about your new business & the products that you offer!
