Home WOD #4 Thursday, Sept. 18th If you have done the past three WODs... take a rest day. You deserve it. Rest is essential to optimal heath. It also happens to be the hardest thing to do for us fitness junkies. Trust me when I say... you are doing more harm than good if you dont take a rest day every now and then. I personally like to follow this schedule: Mon, Tues, Wed - Work out Thurs - Rest Fri, Sat - Work out Sun - Rest This is just an example but you get the idea. Those who arent taking a rest day... For Time: 150 Jumping Jacks (yes those things you havent done since 3rd grade) 100 Walking Lunges Run 800m I like to do 10 walking lunges in one direction, turn around and repeat until all 100 are done. If you need to scale this WOD cut the volume in half and see how you feel when finished... you might want to do the other half :)...
