Home cooking... Shanghai-style... I wanted to see if I got Yuns recipe for radishes figured out correctly and make sure I know what Im doing before cooking for her this weekend. The recipe, in case you dont remember: Add dried red peppers, radishes and soy sauce to heated oil, cook for a bit then add water and salt. Cover and allow the radishes to absorb the water until theyre juicy but not mushy then add onions at the end (I forgot). I also made beef with green chilis, red peppers, mushrooms and onion. Simple, easy, cheap and delicious. Then went and took a kickass yoga class! :)
