Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson believes that if the president grants administrative amnesty to those in this country illegally, that they will all come out of the woodwork and submit to background checks. And once that happens he will know who the terrorists are who have entered our country already. “Congressman, I am very focused on knowing as much as we can about individuals who are undocumented in this country,” Johnson said. “And I believe that if an earned pathway to citizenship were to become law, that would encourage people to come forward and submit to a background check so they can get on the books. Apparently, he believes that criminals will obey the law simply because they are asked to.
