Honest... this just appeared in our tier 2 support e-mail: " Hello, My computer was moved today (changed desks) and the programs are crisscrossed on the two monitors I have. One of the IT guys said he’d fix, but it appears they are all gone. It’s difficult to work when my mouse is going in the opposite direction I want it to go so I can utilize my programs. Could someone fix this minor issue for me sooner rather than later?" Really? We pay this person?
