Honestly, if He showed up at my door, I wouldnt even raise a fist. I may have been extremely angry but Im not gonna let my anger drive me to such a level where I lash out physically. That was my grandfathers bat He vandalized. My grandfather was a great and wise man. He would tell me not to avenge him with violence. Violence solves nothing. Revenge solves nothing. Im deeply offended by this act and hurt but Im not gonna act on it at all. Im not gonna let the ignorance and actions of others change who I am as a person. Forgiveness is a difficult task and I probably couldnt do it face to face.....but for my own sanity, Im moving past this and instead living my life as the man my grandfather would want me to be.
