Honls beach is a spot that I find myself shooting a lot, but never in the rain. The way the sunset was developing, with the deep blues and purples of the storm clouds, I just couldnt pass up the opportunity of the shot. Holding the umbrella while setting up and making adjustments was a huge challenge, but was a blessing. With the added baggage I was forced to slow down and pre-visualize the shot, so setting up would only happen once.
