Hook, line & sinker. Police arrested Jonathan Marvine II, 20, of Lighthouse Lane of Parlin and Miquan Farmer, 18, of New Street in East Orange in connection with the armed robbery of the Surf Side Bait & Tackle shop that occurred this past Friday where the duo allegedly pistol-whipped the owner of the shop & demanded cash. According to jail records both were listed as taken into custody the same day of the incident at the shop. Marvine is charged with robbery, firearm for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a handgun. Farmer is charged with assault, theft, obstructing the administration of the law, robbery, firearm for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a handgun (the additional charges were listed out of Eatontown Boro) Both Marvine & Farmer are being held at the Barbed-Wire Bungalow in lieu of $350,000 bail.
