Hope Star light star bright I wish I may I wish I might wish upon this star tonight..... Once I wished for a cure Oh how I prayed my soul did pour I cursed the day and wondered why of all the lives on this land why did fate drop its hand upon my shoulder lift me up and ravage me how I wonder where they went all my dreams...In a moment spent I prayed O-Lord that I might retain my strength continue to fight give me the treasure I long for the wish the dream for the cure but most of all I do pray please dear Lord dont take away the greatest tool I can see...Hope is the greatest tool for me all the souls we are all tied bound to earth with a rope a silver cord we all call hope reflecting back upon the years my grand salvation from my fears was the glimmering jewel within my eye a spark is there you cant deny for the day we lose the will to hope is the day we find we cannot cope Life will no longer continue to hold and heavens gate will unfold the silver bonds will slip away and our Lord will call us home to stay Ill walk the path a many a -mile carry the load and try to smile for I will beat this demon I will survive as long as I have the will to hope I have the tools to set me free Hear me Lord this I plea give me my way, my way to cope give me Lord...
