Hope everyone has been doing good on water and healthy breakfast!! Challenge 3 is a little behind but this is what we got for the next 5 days!! NO BREAD, Including: no wheat anything No white rice No croutons No pasta (* unless brown rice pasta) No bagels No crackers ( exception * almond nut thins are ok) No chips No pretzels Watch products that have wheat in it. More then likely if you are unsure of something its probably no but still feel free to text and ask me!
