Correct form and controlled movement should be a priority over weight lifted and time every time. 2. Crossfit coaches are not qualified by a recognised fitness education body. Any PT course is and requires at least several months of studying about anatomy and physiology as well as training techniques and scientific principles of training. 3. Not supported by science, disregarding principles of progression and hence not allowing to build muscle or strength in a predictable fashion 4. Professional athletes dont do crossfit but they DO do olympic weightlifting.
