Hope this is allowed! Meet Charlie, a handsome and very loving pup that was born a hermaphrodite (both male and female parts) and unfortunately because of his condition, hes been abandoned and unable to find his forever home. Charlie needs medical attention and a very costly surgery and from what I know so far, the foster is waiting to find out when he can go into the vet as well as an estimate on cost. This pup may possibly be in a female heat right now due to blood spots but also has blood in urine so there could be a number of possibilities going on there. The NASH project (Neglected Animals Serving Humanity) has offered to hep fund raise for Charlie so that he can get the surgery he needs to live a healthy, happy life. Ive been asked to help spread awareness of this sweetie and his condition and to seek our communitys assistance to work together and give this dog another chance. Not a lot of people are even aware that this condition can happen in dogs so that is also part of what we are trying to do. To help, Ive created a page for Charlie just like this one for Gus, where people can follow and support his journey and help spread word about his situation. Fund raising ideas are also welcome.
