Hope you all are have a blessed day! I am so excited I could burst, my grandmother blessed me with a Crock for making Sour Kraut. I have been looking for two years and never even new she had one. Fist she gave me her Pressure Cooker and now this, I am so happy! It is a Redwing 20 gall crock, so I will be able to make enough Kraut for the whole year at one time. Our internet is down so I have to get on when I am able. Been wanting to post a garden update and show you all the diff between a heirloom cabbage and a store bought one. Combs are red red healthy and all they want to do is free rang and not lay. Looks like I will have to lock them up for a spell so they get the hint.
