Hopefully I can post this here! So... would any of you recommend buying a house in North? I live in Brooklyn Center right now and Ive noticed houses are so cheap in North! It would be a great opportunity... Im sure some people knew about it being bad before moving there, so is it better or worse than you expected? Does the stupidity outweigh the affordable area? What about gentrification and whatnot? What areas have good people living in them? Do you all participate in neighborhood good-doing? I dont want to sound too ignorant here, please excuse me, but can a short/small girl walk a little dog, or go jogging at dusk, without being harassed? What about raising two kids there, and the schools? I know every street/area is different, and that bad things can happen anywhere at any time. But I just want peoples thoughts on the subject.
