Hopefully leaders of the world will not go numb to the most recent horrendous act of terrorism against innocent civilians. It is time for leaders of all countries and religions to form a coalition to terrorize the terrorist. There is no negotiating with these barbaric forces. They have no respect for the value of human life. Randomly killing children, the elderly and other men and women is senseless and should not be tolerated, period. A unified effort needs to take place to seek out these cowardly vicious groups and obliterate them.
