By providing comfort, hope and treatment for thousands of young people challenged with a variety of mental health issues, Wood’s Homes assists the development and well-being of children, youth, and families within their community. Beginning in 1914, Wood’s Homes has a rich 100 year history, and has grown from a simple orphanage to a centre with over 400 staff, with 34 programs that span to families in Calgary, Lethbridge, Canmore, Strathmore, Fort McMurray, and Fort Smith.
