How Florida differs from Michigan and from Ohio. 1. The roads are in just about perfect condition because this state never has to see mass snow fall and snow trucks dumping millions of tons of salt on the road and as a result the roads are very flat and smooth with very little or no pot holes at all. 2. Everybody I have seen down here is dressed in very summerish and floral comfortable colors. Whereas everyone else in Michigan and Ohio in neighboring states is dressed in emergency Defcon 5 winter apparel. 3. There is a sense of night life down here given the close proximity of bars and nearby beaches. And the people who are down here look heathy and tanned and vital and alive. Whereas in Michigan and in Ohio because of severe lack of sun light and other varying factors. The people and all of its citizens look beaten and weathered down. 4. Most if not all of the collective real estate and the buildings composed of stucco including houses and business industry and condominiums all appear much more attractive in composite design than anything you can see or can find in Michigan or in Ohio. 5. The women down here all seem to have a happy bouncy boyancy in there busoms. 6. Gas prices down here tend to vary at different places, but mostly are low down here. 7. You can spin in a circle and see at least 50 or more Waffle Houses in a less than one mile radius. 8. I can see the allure of this state. Good weather. Good bars. Retired people. Ocean water. Fresh air. Nice sunsets. Lots of color. Mass access to alot of fun social outlets. 9. Michigan and Ohio cant fairly compete with Florida.
