How I Structure My Training Sessions: If an outsider looks at the training sessions that my clients do, they are often baffled. I dont train by body parts. There is no leg day, or back n bis day. Theres often a mixture of strength, hypertrophy, and endurance in the one session. I train according to what my clients want. Even if a client wants to build muscle, we still work on strength.
