How Is Your Leg Training Going? Are you putting in the necessary time to get great results with your legs? Do you really know & understand how to put in a complete and effective leg workout. The legs are the largest muscle part that our body has and it can be a confusing one to train too as there is so much to this massive muscle. Unfortunately, the legs are one of the most neglected muscles when it comes to weight training too as most people just dont enjoy training them. The ladies seem to do a pretty good job training the legs, but the fellas often times seem to Skip Leg Day which is quite possibly the worst thing you can do. I am currently training legs twice a week. Why? Because the bigger my leg muscles get, the more natural Growth Hormone and Testosterone my body will have to produce, which means better overall results for the rest of my body too. So, DONT NEGLECT YOUR LEGS as they are your best friend for incredible results in the gym.
