How Ladies Strength Works Week 1 you arrive nervous, apprehensive, possibly a little intimidated by the jacked trainers(kidding). Youre unfamiliar with ever being in a gym let alone lifting weights. Your comfort zone is anything mechanical that requires you to simply push START on the control panel and/or PLAY in front of the tv. Your not sure what to expect....you definitely dont want to get manly, butch, or bulky because society has brainwashed you for years to think this is what is going to happen in 8 short weeks of lifting weights. Maybe your tired of killing yourself with dreadio day in and day out and still hating the idea of being in a bikini because although the scale has changed, your shape has not. Or maybe your tired of waking up feeling weak... And not just physically but mentally. Or maybe your just simply curious what it would be like to see your reflection and think WOW look at me!!!! For whatever reason... YOU showed up week 1 and now week 2 becomes week 5 and week 5 week 8 and round 1 is now round umpteen and its no longer insecurity you feel as you arrive but rather empowerment as lead your group in silent inspiration simply by continuing to show up!!! This is fidelity ladies strength...where strong women unite in a journey of breaking stereotypes and looking good while doing it! What to expect each class: Classes are approx 45m. We begin with a dynamic warm-up. Workout is placed on whiteboard, Outlining each exercises, sets and reps. Trainers demonstrate each exercise ensuring your understand what muscle group your working and stressing the improbable of form over weight. Each class is low pace circuit style with high intensity attitudes. Everyone lifts at THEIR own pace therefore we dont care who finishes first or second or last... All that matters is that YOU FINISH. There is no 30second countdown, Tabata clock beep or buzzer thats going to tell you to STOP. You dont finish because the board tells you too... You finish because YOU ARE done. Once your lifts are complete 99% of classes end with a metabolic finisher which is never the same thing twice...and you always leave loving us for it! Each registration consists of nutritional guidance, Recommended conditioning and a pluther of additional information to ensure you understand why we train for a lifestyle of sustainability, not quick fixes! We are not here to make you physically skinny... Rather we strive to make you mentally STRONG and to us STRONG is beautiful and comes in all shapes and sizes! 2015 sessions All session run for 8 weeks Registration opens Dec 1.
