Or put some plastic sheet on it, and after winter, you try to roll it and you store it, and next winter use again. In Canada, they do that. In winter, theres already ready-made size, and you just put on the window and stick, and it sticks on the four corners. You can feel the draft like going through between the glass door or window and the plastic, it puffs up very big. Can you imagine all that goes into your house? It will cost a lot of energy.
