How about being one of the highest property-taxed NJ communities. Approximately 1/3 of the community is contaminated and we pay property taxes on our homes as if the properties were not contaminated? Great leadership these days in New Jersey :( and the same hear in Pompton Lakes, NJ. I love New Jersey but no one should be forced to leave a state that they have called home all their lives if they opt not to. Family is important to some and within close proximity to their families and should not have to leave the state. NJ USE TO BE AN AFFORDABLE STATE but it is heading to being one only for the rich! #timeforchangeinNJ
