How cold and unhelpful a system minister Iain Duncan SMith has now established in the UK for the sick,carers and the disabled to deal with. Frosty,robotic answers which bear no relation to any form of understanding,empathy or positive assistance to resolve difficult issues and reassure the carer. Only one main number to go through and a refusal to let a carer speak to a local disability adviser without relating the persons details like a machine,just for a discussion about what is best for that carers loved one. What a national disgrace our social security has become under his harmful,chaotic direction. What is this failing system doing to carers? Let alone to the person who is unfortunate enough to be ill?
