How good should be the man to enter heaven ? No one is so depraved as to think that the wicked will go to heaven . All of us recognize closely that heaven is reserved for the good . So the question is not whether ill go to heaven , and yes , how good must be good to enter heaven ? It was exactly this question that Jesus faced when he spoke to a crowd gathered . Then replied : Unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees , you shall not enter the kingdom of heaven Matthew 5:20 Jesus was presented to the nation of Israel as their Messiah , Savior and King John the Baptist introduced him as the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world , the savior . .................................................. ...................................
