This I know..This I have learned through my experience. This is why I can speak on it.... I have paraphrased these lessons from various teachers and self...This sweetie I share with you. When faced when struggle with stuff with life with questions with loss of faith with despair. ...with BS....I have you have we have both participated in and been engaged in bad behavior and wrong doing we have both participated in violent and brutal behavoir towards self...we are not bad people...we are not terrible people...let go of the shame and guilt...dont beat yourself up...yes its challenging...yes its a struggle..you messed up occasionally...and thats ok....you are entitled to a mess up...you are not perfect nor are you required to be......you have to recognize it to heal it and in order to heal it you need to be accountable to someone or something or you are a danger to self and we know where that can lead you...where it can lead us...lets lean on one another....I am here for you I got you surrounded I love you.
