Cook Time: 5 minutes Serves: 1 Nutrition Stats: 270 calories, 7 g protein, 51 g carbohydrates, 6 g fat, .5 g saturated fat, 8 g fiber 1/2 cup dry oatmeal 1/2 cup of banana 1 tbsp sliced almonds 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp honey ---------- Cook ½ cup of dry oatmeal according to package instructions. While oatmeal is cooking, slice ½ of a medium banana. Top cooked oatmeal with banana slices, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of sliced almonds, and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Stir and serve.
