How quickly a month flies by. I have been in various hospitals and rehabilitation and nursing centers for 31 days. Today, I am making the trip to my sisters house where I will continue to be non-weight bearing on the broken leg and fractured ankle (now all put together with screws and plates) but at least I will be back in familiar surroundings. I must say, my family is very brave for attempting to move me today in rain and fog. Thanks to all of you who sent kind notes of love, friendship, and encouragement. You are really helping me through a tough, but not insurmountable time. The healing continues...
