How to burn fat fast without spending hours and hours running and doing endurance training.. Question is have you seen people who spend hours on the running machine in gyms or people who run everyday without shifting any body fat??? Hey guys I recommend ditching endurance - based activities for short bursts of exercise and pumping iron to tone up and slim down. My fat loss plan focuses on raising peoples metabolic rate (the amount of calories your body burn) using high intensity cardio, plyometrics and challenging resistance sessions-that all take a maximum of 45 minutes to complete. I recommend people forgo long runs and other endurance exercises like swimming if they want to lose weight. Running, cycling and swimming can be fantastic in small amounts but many people get carried away and keep upping their mileage without realising that its going against their fat lose goals. Endurance activities cause the body to store energy as fat so it has reserves to get through the miles ahead, but with High Intensity excercises ( for example, burpees, mountain climbers,push-ups)-the body will instead store fuel as GLYCOGEN in the muscles. How will this get rid of fat on your body? Youre going to train so hard your metabolic rate will go through the roof and it will stay high even after you finish training while your body adapts and recovers. This will cause you to burn more fat for 24-48hrs after exercises. Other effective ways of reducing body fat. Eliminating processed sugars (which are highly fattening), limiting diary products ( because all the growth hormones and lactose it contains will inhibit your fat loss and replacing carb-loaded pasta, bread and cereals with vegetables and protein-rich foods such as fish, eggs and lean cuts of meat. Does weight - lifting exercises make women turn onto bulky body builders?....... I will post something in the next few days....
