How to diet to lose fat. Going low carb is a good way for many to start a fat loss diet, but not always the right way to continue it. Once you hit a plateau or feel fatigued then it may (“may”, not “is”) be time to rotate carbs back into your diet more aggressively. How do you know what to do? Usually the best way is to experiment and not get too neurotic. A few carbs won’t kill you or make you instantaneously fat.
