How to make my blood boil. Listening to commentary on the budget and a bloke rang in and said that the Labor party were like a housewife with a unlimited credit card - they spent money like it was going out of fashion, whereas the Liberals were the responsible husband who had to come in and take stern measures to make the household budget balance. WTF?? What century are we in? No one questioned his use of these analogies. HOW VERY DARE YOU!!! How many bloody women are out there doing it tough (and will be tougher now) and making sure that the amount of money they have in the budget goes around the things it needs to go around? Patronising git.
