How to you keep from binging on Halloween candy? Some tricks Ive used are... - recognizing that candy isnt food. its not going to help me squat heavier, have a six pack or feel good, thus, its not food. - recognizing how crappy it makes me feel when I do eat it. - avoiding the candy aisle (particularly the candy I actually like) - not buying it until halloween, then only buying the kind I dont like - keeping my goals at the forefront of my mind when I do encounter it or when it is placed in front of me. if I have a plan ahead of time of how I will say no, I will be more likely to stick to it What do YOU do?
