How weird is it to talk about Jesus on Facebook. I remember the first time I decided to do so; I actually had anxiety about it. Because, first of all, What if I offend someone that is not a Christian, or, What if somebody gets angry and comments angrily, and then there was, What if I get judged harshly, and somebodys opinion of me changes..... In hindsight, that was The Enemy placing discouragement in my heart; He knew the damage I could do for The Kingdom of God, with just a few keystrokes. So, I did it anyway. Some of you may think that its not a big deal, but it is. It was a death of myself. As I wake up today at the butt-crack of dawn, so that I can fit in some study time and prayer with Jesus, before my work day begins, I read a verse that He said that floored me: I tell you the truth, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds (John 12:24). .... We are all seeds. And unless a seed dies, it cannot completely fulfill its purpose; it cannot fully bloom into the wonderful creation that God planned on it being! And when it does die, and grow, it produces more seeds, and then those seeds produce MORE SEEDS! Friend, this is what God longs for in your life! He doesnt want you to stay simply a seed, no... Hes got big plans for you, both now, HERE ON EARTH, and in your permanent life, IN HEAVEN! GOOD PLANS! And all that is required of you, is death of who you currently are. Death of being afraid to live for Christ, completely. So today, my friends, be brave enough to die to self! YOU CAN DO IT! We ALL must do this, in order to fulfill our destiny in Christ! And once you BEGIN to disregard negative opinions, and fear, THEN God can then fully bless you, and fully use you! So if you havent already, begin to step out TODAY for Jesus Christ! And if you have begun, but fell off course, BEGIN AGAIN! God still has you alive to give you another chance! USE THAT!... Get back on track, or begin your journey, by letting Him begin to purge your heart of everything that He doesnt want in there. Why is this important? Because He can then begin to fill it with all good stuff! #HaveABlessedDay #DieToSelf #BLOOM
