Human society, at the present moment, is not in the darkness of oblivion. It has made rapid progress in the field of material comforts, education and economic development throughout the entire world. But there is a pinprick somewhere in the social body at large, and therefore there are large-scale quarrels, even over less important issues. There is need of a clue as to how humanity can become one in peace, friendship and prosperity with a common cause. Srimad-Bhägavatam will fill this need, for it is a cultural presentation for the respiritualization of the entire human society. ~ A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada ~ He is saying that the Bhagavatam is a CULTURAL presentation for the re-spiritualization of the entire human society. And yet, I cannot agree that any manmade culture (even a Vedic one) possesses the key that will re-spiritualize this entire planet especially if one (like, for example, me) doesnt view spirituality as a LOFTY CONDITION which one must, or even can, aspire to attain by following OTHER conditions which are then presented as being equally applicable to every karmically unique in-divide-dual and that said FIXED processes shall then give the soul what it allegedly never deserved to receive. On the contrary, I am of the opinion that spirituality IS the natural state of the soul and though many may affirm that there is some sort of GRAND COLLECTIVE METHOD which everybody can practice thereby opening wide the gates to such a state I am calling such a conclusion a cunningly devised contradiction for if, and since, the natural state of the soul is SPIRITUALITY ITSELF then what is needed in order to awaken to it is a direct realization of its most essential characteristic that being, simply, to LOVE and to BE BLISSFUL. Be that AS IT VERILY IS, there can never be (especially in this age we are living in) some sort of WIDESPREAD, GLOBAL, AWAKENING of an entire planet comprised of an innumerable array of uniquely living karmas which are CONSTANTLY changing due to the FACT that yesterdays world is (REGARDLESS of appearances which may seem to point to the contrary) NOT the same world as todays and so it will definitely NOT be the same world as tomorrows. Therefore, what I LEARN from the BHAGAVATAM is that each unique soul is RESPONSIBLE for his or her own SPIRITUAL AWAKENING and that this IS what a TRULY LIBERATED GURU is dedicated to impart to others. Also, I do not subscribe to this BELIEF which states that everybody has FALLEN from the ETERNAL, ABSOLUTE, REALM for if it were so ETERNALLY PERFECT then just HOW could any soul dwelling there FALL from ITS INFINITELY LOVING GRACE and just whom among ITS DENIZENS would be STUPID ENOUGH to leave such an ECSTATIC REALM beyond all realms? I dont believe in re-spiritualization. I believe in SPIRITUAL AWAKENING which NEVER FALLS from GRACE. RADHE RADHE RADHE !!!!
