Hunt For The Red Skull (Doomsday On The Move - Part 1): After a failed attempt to apprehend the vicious alien Doomsday, Lux Luthor is now is custody, the Cobra probes have been destroyed and Doomsday is on the move! Where the creature is headed no one knows, but anything in his path is in grave danger. Receiving word of his teams defeat, the Skull orders a new hit team to wound the creature so it can be captured. He sends one of his top gunners, the strong native American Vulcan, and one of his alien hybrid mechanical cyborgs. Upon seeing Doomsday, Vulcan takes aim with his massive gatling gun loaded with armor piercing tranquilized bullets. As he unloads on the creature, he quickly realizes that his bullets are not penetrating the creatures skiing in the least. Doomsday, enraged this attack, starts to charge toward Vulcan not being phased by the bullets at all. After getting up close to Vulcan, he knocks him several feet away with a massive punch. As Vulcan lays unconscious, Doomsday moves toward him to finish the kill, but is fired upon by the cyborg. Doomsday leaps about 20 feet into the air and lands in front of the cyborg and quickly pounds him to defeat. Wild this battle rages below, someone watches this battle from above. His codename is Troll, and he is part of the superhero team Youngblood, and he is also a good friend and drinking buddy of the X-Man Wolverine. Troll had been contacted by Wolverine to see if he could get a lock on the creature from above on the sky sled, for the evil within the creature was so powerful, that the telepath Jean Grey could sense it as he entered Earths atmosphere. Troll is amazed at how fast and powerful this massive creature is and watches the creature continue on its journey after he defeats his attackers. After the creature is out of sight, Troll makes sure that Vulcan is still alive, and looks at the damage of the cyborg. Troll radios Wolverine to let him know that this situation is serious!
