I AM CERTAIN OF THIS!!! Our T-mobile issued phones are designed to have a shelf life of the duration of the contract, when your phone is finally paid off or something!!! My phone has always worked great, never dropped or gotten wet or anything but NOWWW that my phone is paid off through their little payment plan program its starting to get all squirrelly! It turns off on its own sometimes, using the camera makes the phone go all berserk and shut off just random crap like that!!! Does anyone else have any similar problems?
