I AM NOT SETTING DATES!! However, I heard something quite interesting this morning on John Hagee’s telecast. Pastor Hagee shared about a 12th Century Rabbi, Ben Samuel, who had quite an amazing prophecy concerning future events: Rabbi Ben Samuel stated what he called three facts about future events: (1) God has divided time into modules of 50 years. (This is a Jubilee year by Jewish timetables)” The Rabbi stated that “Israel will be invaded by the Ottoman Empire (Turkey) in the future and the Ottoman Empire will rule for 8 Jubilees. (400 years)”. This actually happened in 1517 -1917 to the very day when British General Allenby went into Jerusalem without firing a shot. The prophecy came true. The Second Prophecy was as follows: “From that time Israel will become a “no-man’s land” for one Jubilee (50 years – 1917-1967) “Because of the British Mandate the British ruled over the Jewish people. While it was the Jewish land, the Jews had no right of self-determination. They could live there but the British told them what they could and could not do and in fact sided most of the time with the Arabs. “Then after 50 years (one Jubilee) in 1967, the SIX DAY WAR happened and the Jews defeated FIVE NATIONS and Israel increased in land mass by 400%. “Jerusalem was reunited for the first time in 1850 years. The Jews were able to pray at the Western Wall.” Now if you’ve followed me this far…get this…Rabbi Ben Samuel said that “Within the next Jubilee Messiah will come.” That would bring us to 2017. Pretty interesting stuff, wouldn’t you say?
