I CALLED THE POLICE / concerning/ on 12-21-2014 sunday around 3;30 pm, i think, thats the time, a suspicious man was walking on bell st. the street i live on, i had seen this guy before, he, is i think about 17-19 years old a male hispanic, and the first time i saw him walking on bell st. he puts up his collar and acts a little bit like a macho man, kind of dancing in place when he walks, a little, but on the above date, i mentioned he came back, this time with a hula hoop and kept zig zagging in and out of cars in the street and touching the front of the cars and trucks with his hula hoop, like he was marking them with his hula hoop, a childrens toy, called a hula hoop, i called the police , after i saw him touch my car. with his hula hoop, i seemed to be marking both headlights with his hula hoop, by stoking each head light with an up and down motion, like he was doing to many of the cars as he walked back up on bell st. after he walked to the cul de sac on bell st. i did call the police on this guy, later on that day, about an hour after i called the police, he was seen at an apartment complex located at 10612 knott ave, not far from bell st. this adress is for an apartment complex called the villa vista apartments, located at 10612 knott. ave. phone for this complex is 1-714-236-9285, if this guy comes on to bell st. again, the street i live on, and causes more trouble, i will know where to tell the police where this man is suspected to live at, he was seen sitting in front of this complex, this time he had a large blue dark blue jacket on , when he was walking on bell st. with his hula hoop, and spinning his hula hoop, he had a checkered shirt on, after about ten minutes after being seen sitting in the front of this complex, he was seen again comming out of the same apartment complex, this gives me the strong impression that he lives or is visitng someone who lives in this complex, so i now have an adress to give to the police so they can locate this suspicious man, who was walking on bell st. for the second time now, the second time he was seen, he just looked down into his cell phone, as he walked up out of his apartment complex, so this kind of gives me a strong impression he lives there or is visiting someone there, his suspicious behaviour inlcudes having an emotionless look on his face and zig zagging in and around cars, and marking them by touching and sliding his hula hoop, a plastic childrens toy, called a hula hoop, it is a large round circle of plastic, as one can imagine, this behaviour this man displayed is highly suspicious, and if this man continues such highly suspicious behaviour, i will notify the police again of his conduct as he walks on bell st. , if he keeps doing it again, touching cars , including my car, with his hula hoop, , thanks chris h candelaria
