I LOVE HOW GOD OPERATES! This past Sunday, I was looking at the cross that we have at LIFE OF FAITH CHURCH. The top of the cross has a crown full of thorns on it. As I saw it, the Lord reminded me of 2 Corinthians 8:9 “You know how full of love and kindness our Lord Jesus was: though he was so very rich, yet to help you he became so very poor, so that by being poor he could make you rich.” The Lord said to me “Son, when Jesus permitted the crown of thorns to be placed on His head, He was doing it to make My children rich by exchanging His crown of precious metal and precious jewels for a crown of thorns that represents poverty.” The Lord also said to me; “This happened to break the “life full of thorns” curse that was placed on the first Adam.” After hearing this from God I went to Genesis 3:17-19 where it confirmed it. The Word says: “And to Adam, God said, “Because you listened to your wife and ate the fruit when I told you not to, I have placed a curse upon the soil. All your life you will struggle to extract a living from it. It will grow THORNS and thistles for you, and you shall eat its grasses. All your life you will sweat to master it, until your dying day.” (LBV) THIS IS A WORD THAT I WILL CONTINUE TO MEDITATE ON UNTIL HIS PROMISE IS FULFILLED.
